Are your fitness goals just hanging out on the back burner or put on tomorrow’s to-do list? Do you feel stuck, frustrated with a lack of progress, and can’t seem to get the results you want? If this sounds like you, then I would say you are ready for a fitness coach! My personal goal for this site is to make the idea of health and fitness less daunting to my readers. I will give you simple and practical fitness tips that help make your fitness journey less confusing and more productive. My intent is to give you top-notch fitness instruction, nutrition guidance, and motivational support to keep you on the right track and have fun while doing it!

What makes you different than any other health club?

Unlike other spaces, I offer a non-intimidating, comfortable, non-crowded and motivating space for you to get into the best shape of your life. The typical “gym” model does not design with women in mind, nor do they offer scientifically proven programs that safely and progressively get you to your goals! Traditional health clubs are simply far behind the times, using outdate equipment and outdated programming. My coaching sessions don’t just help you get in great shape, they will also help you have a breakthrough moment from those mental and physical blockages that have been holding you back thus far. I will give you the proper tools to succeed so that you will be able to enjoy the benefits of long-term health.

What if I’m not very physically fit?

That’s okay! I would like to change the question to: What if I’m not physically fit yet? No matter if you have 30+ pounds to lose, or maybe you have just that last stubborn ten pounds to lose, I have the perfect program just for you. Women of all ages, ability levels, and physiques that have trained with me have all achieved remarkable results!

I’m really busy these days, what if I don’t have time to train?

Let’s get real here for a second. People will make time for anything that is important to them. On a scale of 1 to 10, how important is it for you to achieve your fitness goals? Now imagine how you will feel once you have accomplished those goals. I know how scary the first step can be. All too often I find that ” I don’t have time” really means, “I am not ready” or  ”I think I will just wait a little longer.” A little longer turns into 2 weeks, then to 2 months to 2 years! The truth is if you really want to change the way you look and feel, you will make time for it.

How often should I train?

Your training frequency will depend on your goals and how much you want to get out of your individualized program. I offer once per week and twice per week packages with the option to add more sessions if desired.

When should I expect to see results?

You can expect your clothes to fit differently as you drop the weight. You will also becoming more fit and toned. On average you will drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 jean sizes and decrease your body fat every four weeks-six weeks. Adding lean muscle mass will shed the fat and you will not only begin to see the physical effects, but you will benefit from an increased confidence and energy. Now I can give you all the expert advice, all the “secrets” to fat loss, and every tip in the book to help you lose weight, but none of it will matter unless you follow through. You must stick with it and give yourself a chance to succeed.

Will I be sore all the time?

It is perfectly normal to be sore the first couple of sessions as your body may not be use to the new demands being placed on it. After this initial period your body will adapt and the soreness will be minimal. The more you stick with it you will find that you are less inclined to get sore.

How does semi-private coaching work?

Sessions are open to 1-3 women at any one time. Benefits to the client include group cohesion, accountability, motivation, and cost. Research shows that small or semi-private support groups have a greater impact on each individual’s goals. You are gaining an instant support system and a connected network.

When I decide to train with you how does payment work exactly?

Memberships are billed via EFT/Credit Card with a 6 month agreement. First payment due at the END of the first month of membership–billed monthly thereafter–last payment due on the date your membership expires. This allows me to focus and spend more time on what I do best which is get you the results you want and not be a pesky bill collector!
